Att göra – 25 april-bron
Den massiva, röda hängbron, 25 april-bron (Ponte 25 de Abril), påminner om San Franciscos Golden Gate Bridge, och är en av Lissabons mest kända landmärken. Bron förbinder staden Lissabon med kommunen Almada på södra stranden av floden Tagus. Ursprungligen, från 1966 till 1974, fick bron namnet Salazar bron (Ponte Salazar) för att hedra Portugals premiärminister António de Oliveira Salazar. Efter nejlikrevolutionen som störtade resterna av Salazars diktatur, döptes bron om till den 25 april, datumet för revolutionen.
