Att göra – Rhen
Som en segelrutt sedan förhistorisk tid är floden Rhen både en skiljande naturlig gräns och även en kommersiell länk mellan olika delar av Europa: Alperna, de mellersta Europeiska kullarna och låglandet på Atlanten. Man kan segla upp eller nedströms floden Rhen för att upptäcka dess skönheter: skarpa alpina toppar på dess högre sida som lämpar sig för utflykter och Rhen Falls, Europas största vattenfall. Det är mittsektionen med vild natur längs dess många krökningar, och Ruhrgebiet, med många stora tyska städer kända för dess katedraler, arkitektur och UNESCO världsarv. Den nedre delen i Holland är känt för väderkvarnar och tulpaner. Deltat, besökt för dess naturliga skönhet och poldrar, ett återvunnet land från havet.
