Att göra – St Pauli
St. Pauli är ett distrikt i Hamburg vid stranden av floden Elbe. Distriktet går tillbaka till 1600-talet och ligger i närheten av "Landungsbrücken", landningsplatserna i hamnen. St. Pauli, som är mest känt för sitt berömda röda ljusområde på Reeperbahn, är också hem för en av de mest kända fotbollsklubbarna i Tyskland, FC St Pauli. Klubben spelar sina spel på Millerntor Stadium som finns i mitten av distriktet.
Oavsett om du gillar fotboll eller inte, är St. Pauli värt att besöka; särskilt Reeperbahn. Det är ett av de två centra i Hamburgs nattliv som lockar kulturälskare och gatan är fylld med många barer, klubbar, musikaler, teatrar och levande musikplatser. Faktum är att det legendariska rockbandet The Beatles fick sin första bit av stjärnan här i början av 1960-talet där de skulle uppträda på olika musikställen. Du kan besöka torget Beatles-Platz och se fem silhuetter i livsstil som representerar gruppen.
Panoptikum-museet ligger också i St. Pauli. Museet är det äldsta och största vaxmuseet i Tyskland som har över 120 kändisvaxfigurer. Oavsett om det är för kulturen, ett fotbollsmatch, en utekväll med dina vänner eller att äta en fisksmörgås längs floden, är distriktet St. Pauli ett måste när du är i Hamburg.
