In een minibusje voor acht personen rij je over smalle wegen en landweggetjes waar je met grote bussen niet komt. Terwijl je langs twee kustlijnen slingert, hoor je van de gids alles wat er te weten valt over Fuerteventura.

Op deze trip ga je van oost naar west om de zandduinen van Corralejo en het La Concha strand te zien. Ook bezoek je de vissershaven van El Cotillo en zijn spectaculaire kustlijn. En je neemt een kijkje bij de vuurtoren en het indrukwekkende Piedra Playa. Bovendien stop je ook bij een aloë vera plantage.

Enjoyed all of it, not so much aloe Vera factory but appreciate this type of visit included in most tours and did find it somewhat interesting. Guide was helpful. We shared minibus with four Germans and guide spoke pretty much fluent German but could also speak English. Would have like to have stopped at a volcano to see crater. But overall enjoyed

Only 5 guests. Guide was able to switch between French, German and English easily. Understand he can also manage Italian but this was not needed. Trip took us diagonally across the island so we saw different landscape and many inland villages. Rather fed up of always going to an Aloe Vera farm, whichever tour you are on.

Oasis Wildlife is home to a huge variety of birds, reptiles and African animals, living as close to their natural habitat as possible. There's a successful breeding programme here and recent arrivals include giraffes, sea lions and hippos. Get up close to many of them at the sea lion, reptile and birds of prey shows. In between shows, you can come eye-to-eye with the giraffes on the viewing platform, laugh at the antics of the cheeky chimps, admire the elephants and take pictures of the meerkats, otters, zebras and hippos – the list is endless. There is also an optional 25-minute camel ride available, adding adventure and laughs along the way, aswell as a 20-minute educational lemur experience, learning all about these beautiful, endangered primates.
